Shipping Policy

At Howe Home & Harvest LLC, we are committed to processing your order promptly and with care.

Processing Time: 
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 8–10 business days after being placed. You will see any delays in shipment on website banner. Example: (Out of the office until 12/25, Expect Shipping Delays, Order by X date to get by Christmas)

Delivery Timeframes: 
Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 4–12 business days, depending on your location, we are not responsible for delays.

International Orders: 
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Damaged Packages

We take great care to package every order securely, however, if you do experience an issue:

Notification: 
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damage with photo via email to howehomeandharvest@gmail.com

Case-by-Case Review: 
Damage claims are reviewed individually. While we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit, we will file a claim on your behalf.

Resolution:
If the damage appears to be due to packaging error on our part, we will gladly reship your items free of charge. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product.

Pickup Policy (Effective 2025/2026)

If you’ve chosen local pickup at checkout, please note the following guidelines:

Pickup Notification: 
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, please do not show up at our residence before you have scheduled a pickup time.

Pickup Window: 
Orders must be picked up within 7–10 days of the notification.

Uncollected Orders:
If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, we will attempt to contact you via email or text. Orders not collected will be refunded and restocked automatically.

Special Arrangements: If you’re unable to pick up within the 7–10 day window, please contact us in advance. We’re happy to arrange an alternate pickup time when possible.

We’re a small business operating in our home with limited space to hold orders. Timely pickups are greatly appreciated!
